STEPS FOR ORDERING PRODUCT
All customers must register with us before make any order on our website. Registration process is very simple and easy. You just need to have a valid email address to create your User Account.

Step 1: Product Selection

Find an item you want. View the product information and click on the image for more clearer image preview.

Enter the quantity you want to order in the box to the right, and then click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item into your shopping cart.

You may adjust the quantity before adding the item, or adjust the quantity in your shopping cart to purchase.

You may delete the item collected in your shopping cart if you want to cancel it or change to other item.

Click "Keep Ordering" button to order more items.

When you are ready to finalize your order, click "Check Out" button for next action.
Step 2: Ordering Information
Upon successful of user verification, you need to check and fill up the Order Form. The Order Form contains the Billing Information and Shipping/Delivery Information sections.

Billing Information
The information in your user profile is used for billing information. If you want to change your billing information, you need to update your profile by login your User Account in prior.
This information should match the billing information for Credit/Debit Card / Paypal you are planning to use.

Shipping/Delivery Information
Fill up the shipping/delivery information. This delivery information is VERY IMPORTANT and the address you will provide herein will be used for product delivery.
Please make sure you use a valid email address. The invalid one would make you having trouble receiving emails from us.
We do not use a shipping/delivery address that you prefilled/refilled or appears in your Paypal or Credit/Debit card payment processing form.
Click "Continue" button to review your order summary. Also, double-check your order. If you need to make any changes, click on the appropriate link and make the necessary changes.
If your order information is correct, click "Send Order" button to proceed with your order submission.
Step 3: Invoice

After submitted your order, the invoice would be instanly generated and displayed on the screen. The invoice details your order information.

You will also receive an invoice copy by your email. Please print the invoice for your safekeeping and reference.
Step 4: Payment
You are advised to make a complete payment before the payment due date stated in the invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled and all ordering information may be permanently removed from our system.

Step 5: Product Delivery/Shipping

We will start our product delivery/shipping on the next business day upon payment approval.
Again, the product will be delivered to the contact name and address that you provided during the ordering time only.

We will update your order with a courier number for your tracking and records. Login your "User Account" to find it.

Use your User ID and Password to login the "User Account" and check your order status. The order status will be kept updated online.
INVOICE
To make the payment, login to your "User Account" and check your order status.
Click the "Invoice" link to view your details order information. The invoice shows the total outstanding amount that you have to pay.
You are advised to make a complete payment before the payment due date stated in your invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled and all ordering information will be permanently removed from our system.
